They felt the dark emotions deep within their gems, the corruption of their darkest emotions consuming everything that they are...that they were.
Other’s watched as their form started to glow only to start glitching then start to reform again.
Their once smoothly formed body was not become deformed, more rough looking...becoming more deadly and less controllable.
They watched in agony as they looked at their friends...but their memories were slowly fading, all that was left was fear and a deep regret that caused the sickness within their gem.
The pain that shot through their darkening gem caused them to let out a heart breaking scream
